Halo Aesthetic Agency was built by Nicole Richardson-Goldsmith and Kate McNeary. Nicole spent 18 years as a skin therapist and clinic owner. Kate built her career in client communications and business operations. Between us, we have run the floor, managed the team, chased the numbers and lived every pressure our clients are living now.
What started as a small support service has grown into a full agency working across the aesthetics, beauty and wellness industry in Australia, from clinics and salons to educators, coaches and product brands.
Why We Do It
We kept meeting brilliant business owners who were exhausted. Talented, well respected, in demand, and quietly drowning in the parts of the business nobody trained them for.
We knew that feeling, because we had both been there. And we knew the fix was not working harder. It was having the right people and the right systems behind you.

We did not build Halo because we spotted a market gap (although there was).
We built it because we could not stop thinking about all the brilliant clinic owners who were drowning in admin, missing opportunities, and running out of steam - not because they lacked ability, but because they lacked support.
How it all Started
When Nicole, co-founder of Halo, was running her own clinic and preparing for the arrival of her first baby, she knew she needed someone she could trust to take over the reins. Not just anyone, but someone who would love her business as much as she did.
That someone was Kate.
What started as a maternity leave handover evolved into a working partnership that changed everything. Kate ran the clinic with care, clarity, and systems that actually made things better. When Nicole returned, she knew they had something powerful.
A model that worked. Support that made sense.
Every clinic needs a Kate to their Nicole. Someone who shows up, steps in, and holds it all together, and that’s what Halo was built to be.
